Perched on the heights of Flamands, just five minutes from Gustavia, this villa frames sweeping views over Flamands Beach, the Maarten Islands, and Anguilla from a terracotta pool terrace lined with palms and bougainvillea. The heated pool faces the ocean head-on, and come evening the horizon puts on a show. Two independent bungalows, each with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom, mean two couples or a family can share the villa without feeling on top of each other. Alfresco dining shifts from the ocean-facing front terrace to a lush garden barbecue at the back, and daily housekeeping keeps things effortless.

Home truths:
* The two bedrooms are in separate, independent bungalows rather than under one roof, so you'll step outside to move between them.
* The twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a king-size bed on request – let your host know in advance if you'd prefer that configuration.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
* Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
* There's a heated outdoor swimming pool here. Pool heating is available between 15th November and 30th April.
