Perched above the Costa Nova Ambolo coastline in Jávea, this villa is designed around the kind of sea views you could stare at indefinitely. From the ground-floor living space to the upper-floor main suite with its own private terrace for unhurried mornings, you'll be able to catch a glimpse of the Mediterranean. Three independent sections, each with its own entrance, mean a group can share the villa without living on top of one another – the poolside guest room, accessed via external stairs from the barbecue area, sits particularly apart from the rest. When you're ready to explore, the lively Arenal beach is a fifteen-minute drive away.

* There are a lot of steps across the different levels of this villa – between the main house floors, the poolside guest room, and the independent apartment below. The villa is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or heart conditions.
* You'll need a car to make the most of the area. The nearest coves at Granadella and Portixol are 4km away, Arenal beach is around a fifteen-minute drive, and the town centre is about 10km. Two parking spaces are provided, with further space on the street if needed.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Air conditioning is available between 1st April and 31st October only.
