This cozy Norfolk holiday cottage is the perfect escape for a family of four and their four-legged friends. The location offers miles of walks on the famously dog-friendly Winterton Dunes and beach, with easy and beautiful circular walks available as well. The house features a wood-burning stove in the lounge, which also includes a flat-screen TV, Blu Ray DVD player, CD player/radio/Bluetooth, and Alexa Echo Dot. The kitchen is generously sized with all appliances included and a table and chairs to seat four. There are two bedrooms upstairs: the front bedroom has two single beds, while the back bedroom boasts a solid oak king-size bed with an excellent view of the dunes. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, with space for another nearby. The yard is fully enclosed with 6ft gate and fencing all around, making it very secure. The village has a dog-friendly pub, cafes, small stores, and a fish & chip shop. Short breaks are available year-round with discounts for single occupancy.

*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay. Your host has a variety of pet equipment here, including dog crates, dog beds, food dishes, sofa steps, spare leads, collars, and blankets.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is free off-road parking for one car outside this home, with extra parking nearby on the residential road.
*The only bathroom here is downstairs.
*This home is spread over two floors with stairs, it may not be suited to those with limited mobility. The stairs are steep due to the cottage’s age, but there are handrails on both sides for support.
*While the courtyard is fully enclosed and secure, the neighbouring passageway is shared – you’ll have right of access via the back door only.
