Home truths:
* The community pool is seasonal – it's typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so if you're visiting outside those months, you'll only have access to the hot tub.
* Downtown Whitefish is roughly a fifteen-minute walk away, and guests have found it easy to head in on foot for coffee, restaurants, and shops. If you're heading further afield – to Big Mountain or Glacier National Park – you'll want a car or the S.N.O.W. Bus.
* Your host provides a starter set of essentials – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, and the like – but once that runs out, restocking is on you. The market across the street makes this easy enough.
* The third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed.
