Soak in the hot tub while Big Mountain's snow-capped peaks fill the view – it's the kind of moment that makes this retreat genuinely hard to leave. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows carry those same views into the living room, where a double-sided stone fireplace anchors the dining and living space. Step outside and Glacier National Park is thirty minutes away, Whitefish Mountain Resort is reachable via the free bus, and walking trails along Eagle Lake wind through the neighbourhood itself.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
* You'll have a private garage for one car, with additional unallocated parking available in the building's car park. If you're arriving as a group in multiple vehicles, the extra spaces should comfortably cover you.
* During fire season, open fires are not permitted on any of the outdoor fire pits – including the community ones along the lake. It's worth checking conditions before you plan an evening outside around the fire.
* If you're working remotely or need a reliable connection, bear in mind that wi-fi speeds here can vary depending on local weather and network demand in the area.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. We think it's better suited to children.
