Tucked into a corner lot overlooking Puttering Park in the gated WaterSound community, this house is as well set up for families as anywhere on 30A. A private saltwater pool with waterfall features anchors the outdoor space, and screened porches catch the coastal breeze when you'd rather be in the shade. Five bikes and a four-passenger golf cart make exploring the neighbourhood effortless, while a seven-minute walk along scenic dunes boardwalks leads you to the beach – with two chairs and an umbrella waiting there from March through October. A separate Carriage House adds room for bigger groups.

Home truths:
* You'll have three designated parking spaces here, and only three vehicles are permitted through the community security gate.
* You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens can't be taken off the premises.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the hallway bunk in the carriage house – privacy is limited so it's best suited for children.
* A four-passenger golf cart and five adult bikes are included with your stay.
* The fireplace is not available for guest use.
* A complimentary beach setup with two chairs and one umbrella is provided each morning from 1st March to 31st October.
