Sitting within a gated beachfront community on the Gulf of Mexico, this apartment is as well-placed as it gets on Scenic 30A – closest to the beach boardwalks and the year-round heated pool, with private deeded beach access and seven miles of trails for walking and biking. The balcony looks out over dunes, water, and – come evening – a proper Gulf sunset. Back inside, the living room is easy and comfortable after a day outdoors, and the main bedroom catches the morning light gently. A twelve-hole putting park rounds out the community amenities for when you need a change of pace.

* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided here – you'll need to bring your own, and bath towels and linens must stay in the home.
* You'll have one designated parking space and one first-come, first-served space – though that second spot is limited and not guaranteed. A maximum of two vehicles are permitted through the community security gate.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
