Tucked into a coastal community along Scenic Highway 30A, this townhome is a strong base for a Gulf Coast family trip. The screened porch is made for slow mornings, and two complimentary bikes mean the 30A trail and sugar-white beaches are an easy pedal away. Community pools, communal barbecue areas, and a shared fitness facility are all on hand, while a restaurant hang-out space – walkable from the front door – covers evenings with dining, shopping, and live entertainment.

Home truths:
* The Gulf beach is a short bike ride or drive away rather than on your doorstep – the two complimentary bikes make it easy to get there and back without needing to move the car.
* You'll have access to the community's swimming pools, on-site restaurant, and barbecue area here. They're shared with other guests. The north community pool is heated in autumn and early spring.
* One of the bedrooms has a queen-over-queen bunk bed that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Your host provides two adult bikes to get around the community with ease.
