* This home comprises a main house and a two-bedroom guest house.
* One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* Private pool heating is included up to 78°F. Additional heating can be arranged an added fee.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and fitness centre here, as well as a nearby beach club. They're shared with the resort's other guests.
* Your host can provide a travel cot for little ones.
* We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking for six cars.
* While the home can sleep up to 12 people, the maximum occupancy is 11 guests.
* If you're planning to visit in October 2026, be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship on 10th October will bring significant road closures and traffic delays across the Kona and Kohala areas. We recommend building extra travel time into your plans and checking route updates before heading out.
