* While three of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* The twin beds in the fourth bedroom can be converted into a king on request – let your host know in advance if you'd prefer that configuration.
* If you're travelling with little ones, a travel cot is available at no charge – just request it ahead of arrival.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and gym here. They're shared with the complex's other guests. You can also use the beach club a short drive away.
* You'll want a car here – the estate is set within a gated resort community and the nearest towns, beaches, and restaurants require driving.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* If you're visiting in October 2026, be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship on 10th October will bring significant road closures and traffic delays across the Kona and Kohala areas – factor extra travel time into your plans for that period.
