Inside, the space is bright and welcoming, with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that connects to an outdoor lanai – perfect for alfresco meals. There are three bedrooms in the main house, plus an additional room in a detached guest cottage for visiting family or friends. Spend your days lounging by the pool and unwinding in the hot tub. When you're ready to hit the sand, you'll find a handy range of beach gear in the garage, or you can head to the nearby recreation centre to make the most of its facilities.

*There are three bedrooms in the main house and one in a self-contained guest cottage.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The beds in the two twin rooms can be joined to make King-sized beds upon request.
*Your host provides a starter supply of coffee, but you might want to bring your own to top this up. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is a twelve-minute walk away.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair and other baby equipment for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
