* Volterra is around a twenty-minute drive away, so you'll need a car for groceries, restaurants, and day trips. The surrounding countryside isn't walkable to town.
* The villa sits roughly 2km from the main road along an unpaved track – it's manageable, but you'll want a car with reasonable ground clearance. We recommend avoiding very low-slung vehicles.
* One of the three bathrooms is on the ground floor rather than next to its corresponding bedroom.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
