Minutes from the pebbled Plage des Maurettes and sporting a large wraparound balcony, this two bedroom apartment has lots to offer visitors to the French Riviera. The living room and dining area is functional, while the kitchen is well equipped with a small breakfast bar for socialising. A full party of six (two of whom take the sofa bed) will need to share one bathroom and WC, but any lack of interior space is compensated by the capacious balcony, which boasts plenty of seating as well as a view of the shared seasonal swimming pool. This home is also well positioned for day trips, with Antibes and Cannes to the south and Nice to the north – all reachable within half an hour by car.

*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between May and September. If you intend to stay for more than seven days during this period, your host will provide pool towels.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
