This villa overlooks Kvarner Bay, once a retreat for kings and emperors. You've got views of the island and the Učka mountains, while the beaches of the Opatija Riviera are just a few minutes away by car. Outside, there’s a terrace that wraps around the pool, plus a covered lounge and dining area that make the most of the view. There’s also a charcoal grill for easy dinners and a playground for kids. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, including a basement tavern for wine tasting, a small fitness area, and even a wellness zone with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage table.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.

*Two well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are three ground-floor en-suite bedrooms here, each with access to the garden.
