*This area of the Côte d'Azur isn't walkable for most errands – you'll want a car to reach the beach, restaurants, and local shops. There is one private parking space directly in front of the villa.

*The independent studio sits in the lower garden rather than inside the main villa, so guests staying there will have their own entrance and a degree of separation from the main house.

*Three of the bedrooms feature open-concept en-suite bathrooms, which offer less privacy than traditional layouts.
