Set among towering pines and aspens in the heart of Tahoe Donner, this hideaway blends striking modern design with relaxed, outdoorsy living. Expansive windows and multiple decks beckon the forest into the open-plan living spaces, while thoughtful details make downtime feel properly indulgent. A lower-level games room and bunk space keep all ages entertained, creating a space perfect for families and multi-generational groups. Step outside, and you’re moments from hiking and biking trails, the Adventure Centre and Nordic ski tracks, with year-round perks including pools, golf, a private lake beach and family-friendly dining close by. Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are within easy reach for big ski days, while Downtown Truckee’s shops, restaurants and live music sit just down the road.

Home truths:
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a four-wheel drive to get the most out of your stay, especially during the winter months. There is parking space for up to four cars, with two on the driveway and two in the garage. The home's driveway is quite steep. Street parking is not permitted year-round.
*The main guest must be aged 25 or over. The maximum occupancy of the home is ten adults, excluding children under the age of 12.
*You'll have access to the on-site gym, pool and tennis courts here. They're shared with the building's other residents. Six guest cards are included with each booking, and children under the age of 3 are free.
*The amenities in the kitchen are a little limited – the coffee maker is on the small side, and there aren't any measuring jugs or mixing bowls.
*The outdoor furniture and gas grill are seasonal amenities and may not be available year-round.
*The use of any outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited due to wildfire risk.
