Floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining room frame the same landscape from the inside, while a fireplace and a game and media room downstairs give you somewhere to land after a day on the slopes or the trails. The main bedroom adds a jet bathtub and a sauna, making it easy to reset properly before going again.

* Air conditioning is only available on the top floor, so the lower-level bedrooms rely on fans during warmer months.
* You'll want to travel with or hire a car here. In winter, four-wheel drive or snow chains may be required to reach the home safely. On-site parking fits up to four vehicles – two in the driveway and two in the garage.
