* You'll need a car to make the most of the area. There are five parking spaces on site – four on the driveway and one in the garage, which has a clearance of 8 feet, so check your vehicle's height before arriving.
* There is no air conditioning here – ceiling fans and the home's wooded setting help.
* The home is spread across three floors with a lot of stairs between them – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
