If the sweeping sea views don’t win you over at this Istrian villa, its location certainly will. The fishing village of Trget – with its beach and seafood restaurants – is just 900 metres away, while the historic towns of Labin and Rabac can be reached in fifteen minutes by car.
Inside, the 250-year-old stone home remains true to its heritage, with four-poster beds and exposed beams. There’s plenty of modern-day comforts, too, including a farmhouse-style kitchen, underfloor heating and a Jacuzzi bath for a touch of luxury. Designed with families in mind, the grounds include a private pool, a small playground and a sandpit to keep little ones entertained while the grown-ups soak up those Adriatic views.
