Torri del Benaco is under ten minutes by car, Verona is 45 kilometres away, and Gardaland is within easy – so there's plenty to explore when you're ready to venture out.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Your neighbours share use of the entrance gate and pedestrian passage alongside the building, so the gate area isn't entirely private. Your parking space, however, is reserved exclusively for you.
* There is one open-air parking space here. The apartment is about 5 kilometres from the town centre, so having a car will make getting around much easier.
* Given the location just off a main road, expect to hear some noise from passing traffic. You'll also need to exercise caution when crossing the road to reach the beach.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request, for no additional charge.
