This villa may be compact, but it packs plenty of Santorini charm. This home away from home is a cosy retreat with sweeping views over the Aegean that instantly remind you where you are. The real highlight for us is the cave bedroom downstairs – cool, peaceful and a nod to the island’s iconic architecture. Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchenette area is bright and practical, though one guest will sleep on the sofa bed here. Teamed with the fact that the only bathroom is the en-suite, it’s probably best suited to a younger family member. Step outside and the shared pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, especially after a day spent exploring the island.
