Description The Blue Edit: Théoule-sur-Mer

Perched within a secure waterfront estate in Théoule-sur-Mer, this villa opens almost entirely to the Mediterranean – floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame open water from the living room, and the main suite wakes you to the same view before you've had a coffee. Direct access to a secluded private cove makes the sea feel like yours alone, while an infinity pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, long alfresco dining terraces, and a lower-level bar and games room mean there's rarely a reason to leave. Cannes is a twenty-minute drive when you want it.

Home truths:
* You're within a private gated estate, so the nearest beaches, marina, restaurants, and village centre are a short drive rather than a walk. We recommend hiring a car to make the most of what the area has to offer.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
