Perched on a hillside in Terre Roveresche, this villa looks out over rolling countryside to a sliver of sea on the horizon. Outside, a century-old mulberry tree shades the pool terrace, while a covered portico with sofas and a foosball table gives you a sheltered spot for long afternoons. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue sits just in front, and after dark the garden lighting shifts the whole space into something more atmospheric. The town of Piagge is 3 km away, and the beaches of Fano are 20 km down the road.

* You'll need a car to make the most of your stay. On-site parking for up to five vehicles is available, so arriving as a group with multiple cars is no problem.
