Nestled within the safety of the harbour walls, Tenby Harbour Beach is ideal for young families, whilst nearby North and South Beach have wide, sandy expanses with fantastic views out to the open sea, perfect for long, sunny days.
During the months of May to October there are restrictions on certain beaches for dogs, although most of The South Beach from the restaurant across to Giltar point is available all year around. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area including the coastal path which is easily accessed from various areas in Tenby and offers amazing views - be aware in some places your dog would need to be on a lead.
