Spend the day in the communal pool, then gather around the shared fire pits as the Arizona evening cools – the courtyard is the kind of spot that keeps everyone outside longer than planned. A well-lit kitchen handles group cooking, and when you'd rather let someone else do it, Mill Avenue's dining and entertainment district is right on your doorstep.

* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* This home comprises two self-contained apartments. Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathrooms.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed or futon in one of the living areas.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and pool here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
* Pool access is weather and season dependent, so if a dip is top of your agenda, it's worth checking with your host before you travel.
* Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If those spaces are taken, you can use the garage for $7 per day.
* Only one towel is provided per person here, so you might want to bring your own for longer stays.
