*While some bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Small gatherings may be allowed with prior approval from the concierge team. Guests are allowed a maximum of four visitors during their stay, until 5 PM.
*The property is equipped with a power generator that activates in the event of an electricity outage. The pool heater will not function during this time, however the rest of the house will have power for approximately eight hours.
*Tulum and its surrounding areas are experiencing rapid growth and development, so there may be some construction noise nearby during your stay. Typical construction hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking available onsite.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised.
