Situated on Kent Island, this waterfront home sets the scene for a special stay. Both inside and out, it’s been designed to help you really relax – from summer days in the swimming pool to cosy evenings entertaining in the kitchen. It’s also a great pick for families, with kid-friendly bunk beds, a playground, and plenty of room to play outside. There’s a sofa bed too, giving you extra sleeping space. You’ll love being right by the water, where you can gather around the firepit as day turns to night. And with the beach a ten-minute walk away, sandy sunset strolls are just another perk of island life.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*As is common on Kent Island, the tap water here comes from a well. Bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October. While this home is on the waterfront, swimming in the creek is not recommended.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the garage and two upstairs closets.
*Well-behaved dogs under 22kg are welcome to join you upon request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to six cars on the driveway.
