Before you even enter the home, you can't fail to notice the swimming pool surrounded by loungers or the alfresco dining table offered some shade by the parasol. If you're hoping to show off your culinary talents, there's a barbecue, as well as a rather impressive kitchen indoors, too.

It's possible to cook by an open flame in this space, which feels fitting given the home's rather rustic interior, which features stone walls, ceiling beams and wooden furniture. That being said, there are plenty of contemporary flourishes here too, none more so than the sauna in one of the bathrooms.

The local area offers plenty of distractions, too. The town of Stari Grad is only five minutes away by car and has everything from beaches and restaurants to a museum. The surrounding area of Stari Grad Plain is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognised for its agricultural heritage stretching back to the days of the Ancient Greeks.
