* The villa sits in a rural part of Istria, surrounded by vineyards. You'll want to hire a car to get around – there is free driveway parking here for up to four vehicles.
* The pool is open seasonally, so if you're visiting outside the summer months, it's worth confirming with your host whether it will be available during your stay.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, high chair, baby monitor, and safety gates. Children's dinnerware is also available. Ask in advance so everything is ready on arrival.
* An outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are planned as future additions to the estate but are not yet in place. It's worth checking with your host for the latest update before you book if these are important to your stay.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed.
