From the small communal courtyard directly off the harbour 12 steps take you up to the front door, then 12 stairs, fitted with a stairgate at the top take you to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge with wide opening windows (not suitable to be left open with young children) to enjoy the fantastic views has a TV, DVD player, CD player and double sofa bed for alternative sleeping.
