* This penthouse apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, so you'll be climbing stairs every time you arrive, leave, or bring luggage. Bear this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool and gym here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* A housekeeper is included with your stay three days a week.
* For check-ins between 20th December and 10th January, please contact us. Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in would be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in would not be eligible for a refund.
