When you're looking to head off property, you couldn't dream up a better location. Follow the beautiful people down to Southampton Village for a mooch about the shops and brunch. Then head down to the long stretches of white sands and placid waters of Cooper's Beach for a picnic and an afternoon of swimming and surfing.

In the evening, it's all about a barbecue back at home – the garden landscaped by a local designer is a delight on long summer nights. Then head indoors to spill out onto the oversized white sofas for movie nights or lose yourself to a good book beside the fireplace.
