* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* The pool is seasonal – you'll be able to use it between 16th May and 15th October only.
* The pool itself isn't separately fenced, although the surrounding backyard is fully enclosed. Two doors lead to the pool area and both have child safety alarms.
* Parking is available in the driveway – street parking is not allowed.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The indoor fireplace is available by request only and requires prior approval from your host.
