Of course, with a private garden and seasonal swimming pool back home, you may not want to venture at all. Outdoor seating, both shaded and sun-kissed, is ideal for drinking and dining alfresco, while the pool house makes summertime entertaining a breeze. Head indoors and you'll find a cosy library, an open-plan kitchen, and even a cinema room in the basement that has family movie nights written all over it.
