With one of the best views in the area, this villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Although it's a short walk to the beach and the famous Cheval Blanc hotel, please note that there is a steep hill to navigate. The villa itself is spread over three levels, with two living levels and a heated pool on the lowest level. The main level features a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional couch and a fully-equipped kitchen. A large terrace wraps around this level, offering ample seating, dining space, and a gas grill. The bedrooms are located on the lower level, with two guest rooms sharing a bathroom and the master bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom and U.S. and French satellite and Apple TV. Outside, you'll find a large sun deck with a heated pool that overlooks Flamands beach, providing privacy and stunning views. Villa The Property is perfect for families and comes with house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays).
