Sitting directly on Flamands Beach, this villa puts the Caribbean Sea at the foot of a two-level terrace where a heated pool and teak seating make it easy to lose track of the day entirely. The main living room opens on three sides to ocean breezes beneath a soaring vaulted ceiling, blurring the line between inside and out. Eight suites – split between the main building and a separate guesthouse – all feature mahogany beds and terraces that catch the morning air. A private tennis court, concierge welcome at the airport, and on-request services including a private chef round things out quietly but generously.

* The villa is spread across three separate pavilions, so your group will move between buildings to socialise or share meals. If you'd like everyone under the same roof for evenings, the main central living room is the natural gathering point.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
