The upper level features a gourmet kitchen, a cozy living area, and an inviting terrace that overlooks the heated pool and ocean. The master bedroom, located on the lower level, boasts a luxurious 4-poster mahogany king-size bed and a private terrace. The other two bedrooms are situated on the middle level and offer either king-size or twin beds.

Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and en suite bathrooms for added comfort. Additional amenities include WiFi, U.S. satellite TV, a gas grill, and a fax machine. House cleaning services are provided six days a week (excluding holidays). Please note that during Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rate regardless of the number of bedrooms used. This property does not allow children.
