Villa The property is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located on the hillside above the Cheval Blanc hotel in Flamands. With its prime location, guests can easily access the beautiful beach of Flamands or explore Gustavia on the other side of the hill. This spacious vacation villa offers generous living space, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The villa features a large modern kitchen with a stunning wooden breakfast bar under a skylight, as well as a formal dining table indoors. The open living room boasts two separate seating areas, one centered around an entertainment center and the other with comfortable sofas facing the terrace. The living room also includes U.S. and French Satellite TV. Outside, guests can enjoy a villa-wide terrace with seating options in both sun and shade, as well as an outdoor dining area surrounding the large infinity pool. Each bedroom has its own small private terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is conveniently located next to the living room on the main level, while the remaining three bedrooms are on the lower level, with one accessed via a separate staircase. All bedrooms can be configured with either two twin beds or a U.S. king-sized bed. Guests also have access to covered parking for up to three cars, with an additional parking spot just before the gate. During high season, guests receive complimentary access to Form Fitness sports center and daily breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. House cleaning services are provided six days a week (excluding holidays), ensuring that guests have a hassle-free stay. Please note that during December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. A minimum stay of two weeks is required in August.
