Twin pergola-sheltered terraces, front and rear, mean there's always a shaded spot to claim, whether that's alfresco lunch beside the natural stone wall or a sundowner as the hillside darkens. The pool sits where the view is widest, the trade winds doing what air conditioning can't. Daily housekeeping and on-demand services – private chef, butler, yoga teacher – take care of everything else.

* A fourth room on the lower level – suitable for a staff member or teenagers – can be made available on request. It is not included as standard, so let your host know ahead of arrival if you need it.
