Waking up with the Caribbean Sea framed directly ahead, this villa on Flamands Beach sits as close to the water as a home can reasonably get. The pool terrace steps straight onto one of St Barts' finest stretches of sand, and long lunches in the dining room come with that same uninterrupted ocean backdrop. Six air-conditioned suites are spread across the main house and private bungalows – three of which open directly onto the terrace – while a 24/7 concierge team handles everything from restaurant reservations to an airport welcome, leaving little to organise yourself.

* The villa is built across several separate pavilions, so moving between the main house, the entertainment bungalow, and the bungalow suites means stepping outside each time.
* Well-behaved pets may be welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and high chair for your stay — worth requesting in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
* Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
* There's a heated outdoor swimming pool here. Pool heating is available between 15th November and 30th April.
