Perched on the heights of Flamands, this villa offers sweeping views across the bay to St. Martin and Anguilla – and the heated infinity pool on the wooden deck terrace puts that panorama front and centre. The living room opens through a large bay window onto the terrace, blurring the line between inside and out as the evening lights come up across the water. A third bedroom in its own separate pavilion makes this a natural fit for groups who want some breathing room, while on-request services – private chef, yoga teacher, massage – mean the level of ease is entirely up to you.

Home truths:
* The villa is spread across two separate structures – two bedrooms are in the main building on different levels, and the third is in a standalone pavilion. If your group wants to stay connected, bear in mind you'll be stepping outside to move between them.
* If you're travelling with a baby or toddler, your host can provide a cot, high chair, and baby bath. It's worth requesting these in advance so everything is ready on arrival.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
* Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
* There's a heated outdoor swimming pool here. Pool heating is available between 15th November and 30th April.
