Nestled in quiet West Sedona, this home puts the city's best hiking trails on your doorstep – though with so much to enjoy at home, you might not make it outside. Open-plan living spaces offer endless mountain views, while the multi-level terrace is the perfect place to soak up the desert sunshine – will you cool off in the saltwater pool or laze in the hammock? The basement games room is the setting for movie nights, fuelled by snacks and drinks from the wet bar. Meanwhile, the restaurants of downtown Sedona are less than a ten-minute drive away – but we recommend sunset barbecues and hot-air balloon-spotting on the balcony.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's garage parking for three cars and additional space on the driveway.
*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a single sofa bed in the basement games room.
*We'd recommend the single and pull-out beds in bedrooms two and four for children.
*Bedrooms three and four can be arrange as twin rooms on request.
*Please note that bedroom one's en-suite is also accessible through the laundry room.
*The saltwater swimming pool isn't fenced.
*Although this home can accommodate 13 guests, there's only seating for eight at the dining table.
*There are steps throughout this home, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
