* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* You'll need a car here. Sedona is about a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and a hire car is recommended for getting around the area.
* While the fourth and fifth bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* You'll find expensive artwork and ornaments in this home, so it might not be the best choice if you're travelling with young children.
* The swimming pool isn't fenced.
* The pool area is enclosed by tall Arizona Cypress trees that give real privacy, but also mean the red rock views aren't visible from the poolside. You'll get those views best from the main living areas and the upstairs main bedroom deck.
