*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the sitting room off the king-size bedroom.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It’s shared with the resort’s other guests. The pool is only open during the summer.
*Your host provides mountain bikes and sporting equipment to use in the nearby park.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing-up liquid, rubbish bags, soap, and toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
*There’s parking for four cars here – two in the garage and two on the driveway.
