*At full occupancy, four guests will share a bedroom, sleeping in two king-size beds.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*Your host provides a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, washing-up liquid, soap, and toiletries, but you might want to bring your own to top this up.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
*There are security cameras at the front door of this home.
