Set over four comfortable floors, this villa near Riccione has ample space for a sunny group getaway. There’s plenty of room to relax outside too, with a lounger-lined pool and multiple terraces to share. Upstairs, you’ll find a sofa bed that sleeps two (handy for younger guests) as well as the bright main bedroom that opens to a balcony overlooking the pool. This home has everything you need to recharge your batteries after a day spent exploring, including a barbecue for laid-back dinners. Speaking of exploring, you’re just a ten-minute drive from the sea (hello, beach days) and close to historic Rimini with its sandy coastline and ancient landmarks.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the first floor living room.
*This home is set over four floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*In one of the bedrooms, two single beds have been pushed together to form a double bed. Speak to your host in advance if you'd prefer this room set up as a twin.
*Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms except one in the basement, as well as the ground floor living room.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking for up to three cars on the driveway, along with an additional parking space outside the gate.
