*While the fifth bedroom has two queen-sized beds these are arranged as bunks beds. It's not the most private set-up but great for families or children.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There's free parking for up to five cars here, with two covered spaces and three spaces on the driveway.
*There's an in-built lift in this home, making it well suited to those with limited mobility.
*You'll find a whole range of beach supplies here – with two beach wagons, two coolers, six beach chairs and four bikes all available for guests to use.
