Set within a resort community on Florida's 30A coast, this place comes with beach club access – three pools, Gulf-view dining, and a sunset bar – plus a short walk to the sugar-white Gulf shore itself. Back at the house, evenings have real options. Choose from alfresco dining beside the outdoor fireplace, or a film in the private theatre room. Seven bikes are provided for exploring the neighbourhood, and the main suite's private balcony makes a fine place to start a slow morning. * You'll have access to the resort's beach club, swimming pools, scenic nature trails, and coastal dune lake here. They're shared with other guests. Every guest aged 5 and over will receive a wristband for community amenities and pools. This home is allotted fourteen wristbands.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – they're not supplied as part of the linen package here.
* The home spans three floors, with the bunk rooms on the third floor and the main living spaces below – you'll be using the stairs regularly across the day.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Your host provides seven adult bikes to get around the community with ease.
