Description Walton Dunes Sunrise: Santa Rosa Beach

A short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Seagrove Beach, this villa sits in one of 30A's most laid-back pockets – close enough to the Gulf to catch the salt air from the balconies, which stretch wide enough for alfresco dining with coastal views as the sun drops. The private pool is the natural home base between beach runs, while five bikes and a six-passenger vehicle mean the broader 30A corridor is yours to explore at your own pace. The bunk-bedded fourth bedroom makes this a natural fit for bigger groups travelling with younger guests.

Home truths:
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted to be taken outside except for laundering.
* You'll have parking for three vehicles on-site. If you're arriving as a larger group, it's worth coordinating who brings fewer cars or planning to use the bikes and low-speed vehicle for local trips.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
