Tucked among the pines of Seagrove Beach, this three-storey coastal house is set up to handle a crowd without anyone feeling squeezed – every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the third-floor sun deck gives grown-ups a quiet retreat above the treetops. The backyard patio has Adirondack chairs and a barbecue for evenings in, while four complimentary bikes make it easy to explore Scenic Highway 30A. The Gulf's turquoise waters are a five-minute walk via a private boardwalk, and one of the two community pools sits directly across the street.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in bedroom one.
* Bedroom two has a single-over-single bunk bed, a double-over-double bunk bed, and an additional pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to seven people in total. We think this room works best for children.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* You'll have access to the two community pools here, one of which is directly across from the house. They're shared with other local residents.
* You'll have on-site parking for up to three vehicles – if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
* The primary renter must be 25 years or older to book this home.
